These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Aetheris Aerial. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and a professional standard of work.

Aetheris Aerial provides drone filming, photography, and surveying services. All work is carried out as agreed in advance, based on the scope, location, and requirements discussed with the client.

All drone operations are carried out by a CAA‑licensed and fully insured commercial drone pilot, in accordance with UK aviation regulations. Flights are planned and conducted with safety, legal compliance, and site conditions in mind.

Drone operations are subject to suitable weather conditions and safe flying environments. Aetheris Aerial reserves the right to reschedule work if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Where required, permissions for flight operations will be arranged in advance. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the site and any relevant approvals related to the property or location.

Project timelines and delivery formats will be agreed prior to the work taking place. Aetheris Aerial will make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, subject to weather, project complexity, and workload.

Payment terms will be agreed in advance of the project. Full payment may be required prior to delivery of final footage or imagery unless otherwise arranged.
